Yes, you can conveniently book your appointments online. For first-time customers, we recommend booking a consultation initially. This allows our specialists to conduct a thorough evaluation of your skin concerns before proceeding with any treatments. If you decide to book a direct treatment, please note that an initial consultation will still be required during your visit to ensure we provide the best care tailored to your needs. Your comfort and satisfaction are our top priorities.

Are the skincare professionals at Skin To Heart licensed and experienced?

At Skin to Heart, our mission is to offer innovative and transformative treatments that focus on longevity of body, mind, and spirit. To fulfil this, we have three qualified and experienced dermal clinicians to help you achieve transformative skin results that is personalised and centred around your skin needs. All Skin To heart therapists are qualified dermal therapists. 


Mai the founder of Skin to Heart has been in the industry for 22 years, Charleigh our second dermal Therapist has been in the industry for 5 years and lastly, Simona our third Dermal Therapist has been in the industry for 10 years. 

Do you offer personalised skincare plans?

Yes, we offer personalized skincare plans. Our experts will assess your skin type, concerns, and goals during your initial consultation to create a customized plan. This plan includes product recommendations, treatments, and lifestyle adjustments to help maintain healthy, radiant skin.

What payment methods do you accept?

At Skin to Heart, we accept both cash and EFTPOS payment. However please note for AMEX card holders that a 1.5% surcharge will be applied. 

We also accept after pay as payment, however, we do have a minimum spend of $500.

Is Skin To Heart covered by insurance?

Yes. Skin to Heart is covered by insurance. 

What is the cancellation policy for appointments?

We at Skin to Heart value each of our clients and their time. Should you cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require at least 48 hours’ notice. Please call us on 0410 559 582 if you require to cancel or reschedule. If you reschedule or cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, we reserve the right to charge a “Cancellation Fee” meaning, we will either take your deposit fee of $100 or retain 50% of the treatment cost of your appointment. Clients that cancel within the 24-hour period of their appointment will also have their points and rewards removed off their profile. 

Are there any promotions or discounts currently available?

At Skin to Heart we offer our Longevity Loyalty Program. It is a membership for Skin to Heart, when a client pays $1000, they are then titled as one of our VIP members, allowing for them to receive 20 sessions of our Total Body XEN, 10 sessions 2 times a week for 5 weeks and 10 remaining session to use throughout the year, members also receive 10% off all products and treatments, with a $100 birthday voucher.
 

Other than our Longevity Loyalty Program, Skin to Heart also offers $25 gift vouchers for each client on their birthday, as well as a refer a friend program. Each time one of our lovely clients refers us to a friend or family both the client and the referred client receive a $25 voucher to use on their second visit. 

Is parking available at Skin To Heart?

Free street parking is available on the streets surrounding Skin To Heart. However, please take note of parking time restrictions as these are often one hour or two hour time parking zones. There is also limited parking available at 235-243 Glenferrie Rd Car Park that offers hourly parking payment.
