"Delivering mesotherapy with microneedling refers to a combined cosmetic procedure, called mesoneedling, where microneedling is used to create micro-channels in the skin, which significantly enhance the absorption and deep penetration of targeted mesotherapy serums. This dual approach stimulates collagen production and delivers potent nutrients for enhanced skin rejuvenation".

The package includes 2 vials of 4 mL each vial of Luminescens Professional Serum + Luminescens Home Cream, enabling 2 to 4 in clinic treatments depending on skin type ($2000).

Luminescens® In-clinic Professional Serum application

Luminescens® Professional Serum incorporates active ingredients validated for melanogenesis inhibition.

The standard recommended regimen involves 3 to 6 in-clinic treatments, each session typically spaced 2 to 4 weeks apart, offering precise and controlled melanogenesis suppression.

Luminescens® Home Cream maintenance regimen

Home cream is included in the Professional Serum Kit and form part of the total treatment and maintenance regime. Luminescens® Home Cream enhances and maintains clinical results by providing daily melanogenesis suppression through lower-dose continuous application. Its formulation promotes sustained melanocyte inhibition, epidermal barrier support and pigment removal via gentle exfoliation.

LUMINESCENS® is the safer, no downtime skin clarifying and brightening professional system, consisting of a complete professional serum kit for in-clinic treatment plus home cream for maintenance between professional treatments.

How LUMINESCENS® works

LUMINESCENS® kit consists of two vials of professional serum and one home cream. Both products include 4 active complexes that aim to reduce current pigmentation and prevent the formation of new one:

  • Melanogenic enzyme blockers, targeting some specific proteins as tyrosinase
  • Melanin formation and transport blockers, such as copper chelators and MC1R in-hibitors
  • Keratolytics, promote the removal of existing melanin
  • Antioxidants and dermo-normalizers, inhibit free radicals preventive the cascade of melanin synthesis.

Luminescens® may be offered as a standalone or adjunctive protocol for treating recalcitrant dyschromia conditions, strategically targeting the multifaceted melanogenesis pathway to deliver sustained, clinically validated results.
