Meditation

Dylan is a mindfulness/meditation expert who has spent the past 6 years studying under the guidance of world renowned Buddhist scholar and meditation teacher B. Alan Wallace.
He is also a graduate of the Cultivating emotional balance teacher training program endorsed by the Dalai Lama. He has completed further training with internationally recognised psychologist Dr Anthony Greenway and emotional intelligence expert Dr Martyn Newman.
For the past 4 years he has assumed the role of lead teacher at Happy Melon studios where he writes and leads courses and trainings in mindfulness, yoga and philosophy. More recently Dylan has been working on the cooperate side of the business looking to assist employees and leadership teams to manage the stress that comes with working in an office environment, as well as finding a sense of clarity and focus that is sustainable in order to enhance productivity and team effectiveness.
