Refund Policy

At Skin to Heart, we have a non-refund policy for all our treatment and product purchases unless a reaction has occurred. We can however, offer an exchange or credit as long as the products are unused and unopened. We do not accept refunds or exchanges on treatment purchases. 

The only way we can refund on products is if a reaction as occurred, this is done by us providing us with photos of the affected area so that we can lodge a claim with the supplier. Once we have received confirmation from the supplier we can arrange for either a refund or exchange. Please keep in mind, without photos we are unable to make a claim or proceed with a refund or exchange. 

We offer Afterpay for our services and products over $500, this is due to Afterpay taking a big fee, which means we do end up out of pocket. For us, we are unable to offer Afterpay on amounts less than $500. All orders that are used with Afterpay, we are unable to accept refunds or exchanges.
