At Skin to Heart, we have a non-refund policy for all our treatment and product purchases unless a reaction has occurred. We can however, offer an exchange or credit as long as the products are unused and unopened. We do not accept refunds or exchanges on treatment purchases.
The only way we can refund on products is if a reaction has occurred, this is done by us providing us with photos of the affected area so that we can lodge a claim with the supplier. Once we have received confirmation from the supplier, we can arrange for either a refund or an exchange. Please keep in mind, without photos we are unable to make a claim or proceed with a refund or exchange.
Afterpay is only available on services and products over $500. This is due to Afterpay taking a big fee, which means this is an extra cost we absorb. All orders that are used with Afterpay, we are unable to accept refunds or exchanges.
